Material:

A) KCP series are single-stage-single-suction high-efficient centrifugal pump.

Pump shell, pump cover and bearing body: nodular CI; shaft: 40Cr thermal refining, impeller and adjusting plate is SS2Cr13; sealing position is hard chrome plating.

B) Technical note:

The function of KCP series of pump is: the impeller directly wears and tears adjusting plate rather than pump case, thus pump case does not need to be changed after abrasion. When adjusting plate is worn down, what you need do is only to adjust the gap between adjusting plate and impeller by adjustable bolt, thus achieving high efficiency, energy conservation, strong stability, long service life, easy and reliable maintenance, etc.

C) Sealing form: it adopts united sealing of special framework plus packing, thus no need to add sealing water.
